What exactly is Agent Niche?
Agent Niche is a done‑for‑you, niche‑driven marketing system built specifically for real estate agents. We create your niche identity, branding, content, and visibility tools so you can show up consistently without spending hours creating everything yourself.

Do I have to pay referral fees?
No. Never. Not now, not later. Agent Niche does not charge referral fees, lead fees, or a percentage of your commission. You keep 100% of what you earn.

Is this a lead‑generation service?
Not in the “pay per lead” or “cold‑call strangers from an AI list” sense. Agent Niche helps you attract clients through niche authority, visibility, and trust — not chase them. You don't pay for leads — we make YOU the leader, so clients automatically gravitate to you.

Are these templates?
No. As opposed to many companies offering generic templates, at Agent Niche everything is fully customized to your niche, your voice, and your brand. Nothing is generic or requires your design skills to personalize. Your website, lead magnets, and posts are custom made for YOU every single month.

Can I change the posts or content?
Because we serve hundreds of agents and schedule thousands of posts each month, we aren’t able to offer pre‑approval or custom rewrites for every individual post. The good news is that our system uses a state‑of‑the‑art AI engine trained specifically for real estate marketing, so your content is automatically optimized for engagement, clarity, and niche alignment. Once your niche, brand kit, and sample posts are initially approved, the system produces consistent, on‑brand content for you. If something ever feels off or doesn’t match your voice, we’re always happy to make small adjustments as needed.

Does your service include property-specific posts and lead magnets?
Yes, we will happily design your social media posts so that they reflect Coming Soon, Just Listed, Open House, and Just Sold listings. As for print media, we can also design postcards and other marketing materials that are less than 5 photos. For more extensive media, such as an Open House booklet, Area Guide, or the like, there may be a slight upcharge. Contact Us for more details and your personalized quote.

Do I need tech skills to use this?
Not at all. Agent Niche will set up every moving part for you behind the scenes. When your system is built, it’s already polished and ready to use - and it's updated every month so you get fresh content.

What niches can I choose from?
Agent Niche supports dozens of niches — military, seniors, relocations, investors, first‑time home buyers, luxury, new construction, and many more. If you have a specialty niche, we can build around it. You can even "combine" niches, such as New Home Buyers and New Construction. The choice is yours!

Can I change my niche later?
Yes. Your business evolves, and your niche can too. You can request a niche shift or refresh anytime.

What if I don't know which niche to choose?

Do you guarantee leads?
We guarantee a professional, personalized, done‑for‑you system that keeps you visible and consistent. But like all marketing, results depend on your market, your effort, and your follow‑through. No ethical company can guarantee closings — and we won’t pretend to.

Absolutely. In fact, new and returning agents often benefit the most because they get a complete, ready‑to‑use system without the overwhelm.​

Can I use this with any brokerage firm?

Do you replace my brokerage’s marketing?
No — we enhance it. Brokerages offer general branding; we build your personal niche identity so you stand out as an individual expert.

Can leads from my website and posts go directly to my CRM?
Yes — absolutely. Every landing page, form, and lead magnet we create for you is designed to feed directly into any CRM you use. We do this by connecting your forms to your CRM’s unique lead‑capture email address or submission link, so new leads flow straight into your system without you having to touch a thing. Whether you’re using major CRM's like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Lofty, Sierra, Real Geeks, or something else entirely, your leads will land exactly where you want them — automatically and instantly. (Some less commonly used CRM's do not support this feature - contact us for details).

Do you offer refunds?
Because everything is custom‑built, we do not offer refunds. But we do guarantee professional quality and a fully delivered system, including monthly updates, social media posting, and lead magnets.

How long does it take to get my system?
When you sign up with us, the first thing we do is get all of your information and assets (such as your photo, brokerage logos, and so on) for your niche website. Normally it only takes us a few days to completely set up your niche website and start personalizing your social media posts and marketing materials. We will send you a final approval of your site, brand kit, and sample posts. Once these are approved we can start the ball rolling and get the word out.

Can I request revisions on my website and posts?
Yes — within reason. During onboarding, you’ll approve your niche, brand kit, and a small set of sample posts so we can lock in your voice and style. Once that foundation is set, we handle all the moving parts for you. If something ever feels off‑brand or needs a quick tweak, just let us know and we’ll adjust. But you won’t need to review or approve every single post — the whole point is to give you a system that runs smoothly without you having to lift a finger.​

Do you offer training or coaching?
We don't specifically train in our systems (you won't need to know anything as it's all done for you), but for niche‑specific training, such as SRES, CSA, and M.O.R.E., as well as other training sources, we are happy to assist you in locating these schools for more information. We also offer monthly Coaching Calls to help you keep on track.

Is this AI‑generated content?
Yes and No. Your system is handcrafted by humans who understand real estate, niches, and branding. AI may assist with efficiency, but the strategy, voice, and final product are human‑driven.
